Tomatoe and onion mackerel

- Ingredients

Smoked mackerel fillets
A small onion
Some tomatoe puree
Olive oil
Rice

- How to cook

o Roughly chop and fry the onion in olive oil
o Dice and throw in the mackeral
o Mix in the tomatoe puree to taste
o Serve with rice (or whatever)
