- Ingredients

Potatoes - peeled
Flour
An egg
Tin corned beef

- How to cook

o Boil the potatoes, drain and coursely mash
o Mix in corned beef and an egg to bind it
o Make patties and coat with flour
o Shallow fry until brown
o Serve with crap brown sauce or wrapped in an iceberg lettuce 
  leaf
