Beans and pasta

- Ingredients

Tin of broad white beans
Clove of garlic
Olive oil
Thin spaghetti
Rocket
Whoegrain mustard

- How to cook

o Cook spaghetti
o Finely chop the garlic and warm in olive oil in pan (dont fry at any stage!)
o Add some beans with a tiny bit of the brine
o Add a teaspoon of mustard and stir in
o Add a few rocket leaves
o Season
o Drain spaghetti and mix into the 'sauce'
o Serve
